Please note that lenders do not quote interest rates
without first reviewing the loan projects they receive. Let me assure that
their rates will be competitive, if not better than banks. As a rule, interest
rates depend on the size of the loan, the type of loan, and the degree of risk
involved in the loan and the financial strength of the borrower. And of course,
the prime lending rate.

- Business Financial Statement
NOTE: First you will need to complete the agreement & submit the retainer fee. Once you have completed the agreement we will then email, fax, or mail you the the required forms in order to proceed to process your loan project.
